GENERAL

If you have any queries about any item in Sophya Polevaya's shop please contact before making a purchase. Feedback and suggestions are welcome as well. Please also read the entire description and consult all the provided materials carefully before making your purchase.

SOPHYA'S MUSIC

Sophya Polevaya offers physical copies of her music scores through BabelScores

Digital versions of Sophya Polevaya's work are also available on other platforms. Please the interested work page for links to digital versions.

If you purchase a score and decide to perform it or include it for a project, please kindly notify here.

PAYMENT METHOD

Purchases are made via PayPal. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of payment and of your order request.

PHYSICAL ITEMS

All items are shipped via Royal Mail Postal or Airmail Service. Your item(s) will be carefully packaged for transit.

Items are shipped after 5 working days. Within this time you can make an amendment to your order or cancel before it is dispatched.

For all international shipments, a customs declarations form will be completed as required by Royal Mail. Buyers are responsible for paying any customs and import taxes that may apply.

RETURNS

If you would like to return a purchase, simply notify of your intention to return within 14 days of receipt of the item(s) and then please return unwanted item(s) back within 14 days of the delivery date. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and packaging.

As soon as the goods are received back and checked that they are returned in their original condition (please see below), a full refund will be issued via the same method as your original payment (within 14 day of the return).

Conditions of return:
Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in sellable condition as were delivered. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the refund will not be issued.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

1. Items that were sealed on delivery but have now been opened
2. Custom or personalised orders

For faulty products, I will happily provide a replacement.

PRIVACY POLICY

A commitment is in place to clients' and website guests' privacy. Please note that only relevant information is kept to:

1. facilitate your purchases
2. respond to any enquiries you may have or answer emails
3. provide you with information, products or services that you may request

Your data would be:
1. contact information
2. correspondence
3. any other information you choose to provide

Appropriate technical measures are taken to protect your stored data, including digitally. It is not shared with any third party. Data is only kept for as long as is necessary to provide the services and those which are no longer relevant are regularly deleted.
